28 April: World Day for Safety and Health at Work. Commitment to safety in work at height

In 2003, the ILO 8 (International Labour Organization) officially adopted 28 April as World Day for Safety and Health at Work. The choice of this date was intended to pay tribute to all victims of occupational accidents and diseases and, at the same time, to raise awareness of the urgent need to improve working conditions and prevent these accidents.

Today, we commemorate World Day for Safety and Health at Work, a day that highlights the importance of creating and maintaining safe working environments for all workers, especially for those who work in high-risk conditions, such as those working at heights.

At La Línea Vertical, committed to the safety and well-being of each of our technicians, we understand that working at height involves particular risks that require rigorous preventive measures. On this important day, we take a moment to remember that safety is everyone’s responsibility. Implementing safe practices and respecting established protocols are fundamental to minimising risks and ensuring that all our colleagues return home safe and sound.

Our operators receive constant training on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols, ensuring that conditions are as safe as possible for workers to perform their tasks with the confidence that their well-being is our priority.

In addition, we have state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, constantly investing to provide our work with cutting-edge technology tools, which further guarantee the safety of the services we offer.

This day reminds us that safety is not an isolated effort, but a collective commitment. At La Línea Vertical we know that we must all contribute to creating a culture of safety at work, by informing, raising awareness and practising preventive measures every day.
