With the aim of safeguarding the integrity of Chile’s national industry, G8 VERTICAL has carried out maintenance work on the roofs of several chocolate factories. This work included cleaning gutters, sealing leaks, replacing and reinforcing sheets, sealing ducts and removing debris, among other measures to mitigate the effects of rainfall.
Roof maintenance ensures that surfaces are free from leaks, eliminating concerns about leaks and potential damage. In addition, it ensures that rainwater flows correctly to the drains, avoiding stagnation that could accelerate the deterioration of roofs. Considering this, G8 VERTICAL recommends all companies to carry out proper maintenance of roofs, including cleaning gutters, sweeping roofs, replacing roof coverings and tiles, sealing gutters and repairing ridge tiles, among other actions, in order to avoid future problems.
In the specific case of the chocolate industry, meticulous duct maintenance and sealing has been carried out. This work has been precisely planned and executed within a defined timeframe, offering guaranteed results depending on the particular needs of each enclosure. The materials used allow us to adapt the solutions to the specific needs of our clients, which is reflected in a work process that is meticulously studied and quoted according to the characteristics of each roof.
At G8 VERTICAL we are very pleased with the success of this project, which highlights the strategic importance of preventive maintenance, not only as a regulatory requirement, but as an opportunity to improve operational efficiency and promote sustainable practices in the industry, thus avoiding long-term damage.
Our company is very committed to joining efforts to ensure the durability and security of all our customers’ infrastructures.
