Ongoing training as part of our culture

As part of LA LÍNEA VERTICAL PERÚ’s annual training programme, the team held a practical training session on rescue procedures for work at height, reaffirming the company’s commitment to the ongoing training of its staff and safety in every operation.

Objective: an effective response to the emergency

The main aim of this training was to strengthen the team’s technical skills in dealing with potential emergency situations during the performance of vertical work, developing the ability to respond quickly, safely and in a coordinated manner to any eventuality in the field.

Real manoeuvres, real conditions

During the day, rescue manoeuvres were carried out using controlled descent and ascent systems, simulating the evacuation of a worker suspended at height. Two specialists performed an assisted rescue manoeuvre using rope access techniques, employing certified equipment, anchoring systems and control devices that ensure the safety of both the rescuer and the worker being evacuated.

Safety is something you have to practise

At LA LÍNEA VERTICAL PERÚ, safety does not depend solely on the equipment: it depends on the people who use it. That is why ongoing training is a cornerstone of our culture of prevention and operational excellence. Because when an emergency occurs at height, it is preparedness that makes all the difference.
