As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening human capital and occupational safety, G8 Capacitaciones carried out a series of training sessions on Rope Access Techniques, a course also known in the industry as Rope Access Work, aimed at operational staff of one of the country’s leading companies in the collection, treatment and distribution of drinking water, as well as in the treatment of sewage.
During these sessions, participants received intensive training in rope access techniques, evolving from traditional practices at height to complex and safe manoeuvres, all aligned with the highest industry standards and current safety requirements.

The training not only covered technical content, but also emphasised risk prevention and safety culture within the organisation, providing workers with concrete tools to face complex operational challenges efficiently and with a preventive approach.
These initiatives reinforce G8 Capacitaciones’ role as a key player in the professionalisation of work at height in Chile, promoting knowledge as a fundamental pillar of operational excellence, especially in essential services such as water supply, where safety and efficiency are essential for the sustainable development of the country.
