La Línea Vertical Perú reaffirms its commitment to safety and technical training in strategic sectors of the country. For the third consecutive year, our company has developed specialised training in working at height for maintenance personnel at one of Peru’s leading fishing companies.
The training was conducted directly at the client’s premises, which allowed the content to be adapted to the real working environment, facilitating greater understanding and practical application of the procedures taught. This theoretical-practical methodology ensures that participants not only understand the technical fundamentals, but also apply them correctly in real operating conditions.

Strengthening skills for critical environments
The focus of this training has been on strengthening the skills of the maintenance team, providing them with up-to-date tools to carry out their work at height safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulatory requirements. Key aspects were addressed, such as:
- Safe access techniques
- Correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Fall prevention protocols
- Emergency response at height
This training process not only seeks to prevent risks, but also to consolidate a robust safety culture, aligned with the most demanding standards in the industrial and fishing sectors.

A sustained commitment to operational excellence
The continuity of this training programme over three consecutive years reflects the joint commitment between La Línea Vertical and its client to continuously improve working conditions, the professionalisation of technical staff and operational excellence.
At La Línea Vertical Perú, we appreciate the trust placed in our team of certified instructors, and we renew our commitment to continue providing specialised training, technical solutions, and on-site support for all productive sectors in the country.
