Specialised technical intervention
The G8 Vertical team successfully completed repairs on various ventilation ducts in the paper machine area, replacing some of the connecting pieces and applying seals to ensure the system’s airtightness and durability. The work involved high-risk conditions such as exposure to high temperatures, risk of falling and working in confined spaces. All tasks were carried out by certified specialists in vertical and height work, with extensive experience in performing complex technical tasks.
Maximum security protocols and equipment
During the intervention, high-end personal protective equipment (PPE) was used: full-body harnesses, lifelines, fall arrest devices, certified anchoring systems and advanced rope access techniques, in strict compliance with current regulations and international safety protocols.
