The work we carry out at LA LÍNEA VERTICAL often poses a challenge for our technicians. This is the case of the installation of a horizontal lifeline to allow maintenance work to be carried out on ducts and cable ducts in a company in Peru, which our technicians carried out with ease this April.
The complexity of this work lay in the location where the lifeline had to be installed, which meant that welding had to be carried out using vertical techniques. The lifeline was 42 metres long, so it was necessary to install seven posts, welding some of them to the existing structure and others using plywood.
This work once again demonstrates the extensive advantages that vertical techniques can offer within the industrial sector, techniques in which our technicians are experts.
