Internal Channel
The Internal Channel of La Línea Vertical is a tool that allows both employees and third parties to alert the organization about acts of fraud, corruption, harassment, or other improper actions carried out within it by its staff or executives, without prejudice, where appropriate, to any criminal or labor consequences that may ensue.
It is a secure and confidential means that allows, if deemed appropriate, anonymous complaints; complaints whose credibility will be analyzed, leading to the initiation of corresponding investigative procedures if there are sufficient elements or indications.
The internal channel is not:
To provide suggestions, proposals or other types of considerations. To generate unfounded or false situations of conflict, given that evidence of the conduct or facts reported will be requested.
