La Línea Vertical is an engineering company in hard-to-reach areas. We carry out rescue support work on large construction sites in the industrial sector in places such as refineries, chemical industries and power plants.
Due to the fact that we are in the process of national and international expansion, we need to incorporate into our team a senior technician in administration or similar qualification:
Offered:
- You will be assigned to the Administration area, with an indefinite contract with a legal probationary period, remuneration according to the Cádiz construction agreement.
- Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8h in a continuous working day from 8-16h, which may vary from time to time depending on clients and stops in which the company participates. In July and August you will have a reduced working day of 7 hours a day.
- The work place will be our central offices in La Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz.
- Salary according to the collective agreement, depending on your skills and experience, between 23K-24K € gross/year.
- After a first year of adaptation, there is the possibility of partially teleworking.
What you need to apply:
- Minimum qualification of higher vocational training cycle in Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Experience between 1 and 3 years.
- Advanced office automation skills (Office pack) essential.
- Other qualifications and experience to complement the job (accounting) would be an asset.
- A medium-high level of English, both spoken and written, would be an asset.
Functions:
- Management of requests for access courses to client facilities for LLV staff.
- Collaboration in the process of creating documentation for the company’s employees in the labour and preventive fields.
- Preparation of specific documentation for clients according to their requirements, to allow our workers/vehicles/machinery access to their facilities. Contact with employees for delivery/receipt.
- Regular updating of company documentation on the company’s platforms.
- Contact with the different customer platforms (repro, ariba, metacontracts…) to upload all the models (contracts, training, delivery of PPE…) necessary for each worker and company in order to have access authorisation in due time and form. Incident resolution.
- Administrative management of the training department (issue of certificates, contact with students, response to clients, etc… ).
- Contact with the commercial management of training for the coordination of courses and students.
- Management of specific training accreditations and attendance, if necessary, to audits (IRATA, ANETVA, GWO), sending the documents and justifications required to maintain the company’s membership.
