About us:
La Línea Vertical is an engineering company in hard-to-reach areas. We carry out rescue support work on large construction sites in the industrial sector in places such as refineries, chemical industries and power plants. Due to the fact that we are in the process of national and international expansion, we need to incorporate into our team a pool of rope access technicians with ANETVA/IRATA level 1-2-3 qualifications to form part of the GAP or Shutdown-Rescue Support Group.
Offered:

– Fixed-term contract after probationary period, with project-based participation (variable duration). Possibilities of subsequent promotion in the company and incorporation into other national or international projects.
– Normal working hours M-F 8h continuous working day 8-16h, in locations all over the country. In case of stoppages, the timetable will be adapted to the client’s needs and it will be possible to work between 10-12h/day M-S, with the applicable legal breaks and complying with the limitations of hours established by law.
– Remuneration according to experience and value N1-N3 a range between 29.440 and 33.800€ gross/year, with per diems included in the indicated salary, to be discussed during the interview phase.
– Housing in a hotel or shared flat provided by the company, in the specific locations of each project.
– Free annual training in rescue, first aid and confined spaces, to unify criteria and practice emergency situations on a regular basis.
What you need to apply:
- Geographical mobility to move around Spain.
- Availability to start projects from October 2024.
- Possession of ANETVA – ECRA level 1-2 or 3 vertical work qualifications (IRATA, SPRAT and others of equivalent prestige accepted), with knowledge and experience of vertical and horizontal progression, rescue and evacuation manoeuvres, assembly of complex headworks installations.
- Experience in the refining and petrochemical sector is recommended.
- Training in the construction sector (TPC) and basic PRL 60h.
- Knowledge of basic office automation.
It will be highly valued positively:
- Previous experience in rescue teams.
- Accreditation of training in confined spaces, use of ERAS and first aid, fire-fighting equipment.
Functions:
The functions of a vertical technician to support rescue and evacuation work in an industrial installation: checking the safety installations of third parties, supporting access to confined spaces, setting up installations for possible rescues, safety patrols…
In the event of an emergency, on the orders of the team leader, they will go to the area to assist in the evacuation of the injured to the medical service.
The company will evaluate the level of each candidate in a test at our facilities, after the interviews.
