ACADEMIC EDUCATION: Professional in the area of Business Administration, HR or similar (degree of at least 4 years).
EXPERIENCE: at least 4 years of experience in similar functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of HR documentation for the execution of works and the company in general.
- Management of support resources for the execution of works (funds to be rendered, accommodation, subsistence costs, etc.).
- Permanent coordination with field staff.
COMPETENCIES:
- Labour legislation.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Autonomy.
- Skills in the use of basic computer tools.
WILL BE VALUED:
- Minimum 2 years experience, ideally 5 years.
- Class B driving licence.
