JOB OFFER G8 VERTICAL: ASSISTANT COORDINATOR OF HR AND WORKS LOGISTICS

G8 Vertical is looking for HR or Administration professionals for the position of Assistant Coordinator of HR and Works Logistics.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION: Professional in the area of Business Administration, HR or similar (degree of at least 4 years).

EXPERIENCE: at least 4 years of experience in similar functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of HR documentation for the execution of works and the company in general.
  • Management of support resources for the execution of works (funds to be rendered, accommodation, subsistence costs, etc.).
  • Permanent coordination with field staff.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Labour legislation.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Autonomy.
  • Skills in the use of basic computer tools.

WILL BE VALUED:

  • Minimum 2 years experience, ideally 5 years.
  • Class B driving licence.
