Many companies have top quality fall protection systems, but as important as having these safety systems is to periodically renew their certification and perform constant maintenance. For this reason, LA LÍNEA VERTICAL, through its Engineering Department, schedules maintenance and recertification of the systems installed for its clients, thus preventing them from losing their validity and effectiveness.
This maintenance is performed annually and the system components are inspected, validating that they are operational and fit for use, extending the certification for a further 12 months, in accordance with EN793 and EN353-1 standards.
One of the last works we have carried out in this sense has been the recertification of all the lifelines in the plant of an important chemical food company in Peru, during the month of June, in its different production areas.
The types of lifelines recertified were: Vertigrip model vertical lifeline system, On Wall model horizontal lifeline system and Over Head model horizontal lifeline system.
