Carlos Martín reinforces Grupo La Línea Vertical’s roadmap during his visit to G8 Vertical

Between January 7 and 9, Carlos Martín, Managing Partner of Grupo La Línea Vertical, visited the headquarters of G8 Vertical in Chile with the aim of reviewing the project’s progress in the country, strengthening the group’s strategic alignment, and defining the main challenges ahead.

During the visit, several working meetings were held with the outgoing Board of Directors, made up of Enrique Sureda and Miguel Muñoz, in which the company’s trajectory since 2017 and the 2025 financial year were reviewed. These meetings highlighted the sustained growth of G8 Vertical and laid the foundations for the new phase that the Chilean subsidiary is about to enter.

One of the most significant moments was the meeting with the entire staff, where Carlos Martín shared the current international situation of Grupo La Línea Vertical and the strategic objectives for the coming years. He also reviewed the company’s history, from its beginnings to the present day, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in overcoming key moments and continuing to grow. This message was especially relevant for professionals who have joined the company in recent years.

This institutional and social group photograph captures a moment of cohesion and celebration during the visit of La Línea Vertical Group management to its Chilean subsidiary, G8 Vertical. The image features a unique composition that integrates three fundamental levels of the project: strategic leadership, the human team, and technical operational capacity.
In the foreground, we see the group's directors and managers sharing a working lunch outdoors. The table setting, with impeccable service and local gastronomy, symbolizes Chilean hospitality and the positive conclusion of the strategic planning sessions for the 2026 fiscal year. Their friendly and relaxed expressions reinforce the message of gratitude to the outgoing Board and the welcome to the new manager, Rodrigo Cerpa.
In the midground, the entire G8 Vertical team poses together in front of a majestic neoclassical palace flying the Chilean flag, geographically situating the group's expansion and consolidation in the Andean country. The manicured gardens and palm trees provide an atmosphere of orderly and sustainable growth.
Finally, on the right side, a distinctive technical element stands out: a metal truss structure where a specialized technician, equipped with a yellow safety helmet and full-body harness, performs a positioning demonstration. This detail is crucial for La Línea Vertical, as it links boardroom decisions with the reality of vertical work and industrial safety—the group's core pillars.

In this context, a special note of thanks was extended to the outgoing Board of Directors for their dedication and the results achieved, also acknowledging the contribution of Fran Peralta in previous stages. Rodrigo Cerpa was also officially introduced as the new manager of the group’s companies in Chile as of January 2026, taking on the challenge of driving orderly, sustainable growth aligned with the group’s values.

This institutional photograph captures a key moment of cohesion and teamwork during the strategic visit of La Línea Vertical Group management to the G8 Vertical facilities in Chile. The image features a balanced group composition where the group's leadership integrates with the professionals of its Chilean subsidiary.
At the center of the scene, the presence of Carlos Martín, Managing Partner of the Group, stands out alongside local leaders, symbolizing the solid strategic alignment achieved during the January 2026 meetings. The background holds essential technical significance: a metal lattice training structure designed for height safety training is clearly visible. On the right, a technician equipped with full PPE (yellow helmet, full-body harness, and connection systems) is seen suspended during a vertical progression maneuver, directly linking the institutional visit with the technical excellence that defines the group.
The atmosphere of the image conveys confidence, professionalism, and a renewed commitment to the values of safety and sustainable growth, which are fundamental to successfully tackling large-scale projects like Colbún in this new stage under Rodrigo Cerpa's management.

The agenda concluded with a working meeting in which the management plan for 2026 was defined and two major strategic challenges were identified: the development of the Colbún project, the largest contract awarded to the company in Chile to date, and the move to new premises in line with the expected growth.

This visit reinforces Grupo La Línea Vertical’s commitment to its team in Chile and consolidates a clear roadmap to face a new stage of growth and consolidation in the country.
