LA LÍNEA VERTICAL has performed maintenance on several roofs of the warehouses of one of the most important industrial companies in Peru, with which our company has been working for more than three years.
This company had a ten-day shutdown in June to carry out maintenance work on its warehouses in Lurín, and during the shutdown, we had scheduled maintenance on several roofs (more than 7,000 square meters in total area) where lifelines had been installed last year. However, before completing these cleanings, the need arose to intervene on a roof that did not have a fall protection system and could only be addressed during the shutdown.
To this end, our company proposed installing a fixed horizontal lifeline, brand Rothoblaas with SPEAREVO, which allows spans of up to 15 meters and can be used by four users simultaneously; and once the lifeline was installed, we would perform the required maintenance. Thanks to the stock of lifelines we have in our Peru office, we were able to carry out the installation and start the work on the roof in less than three days from the time the proposal was sent, meeting the client’s deadlines and responding immediately to the last-minute needs that arose.
