La Línea Vertical maintains its certification as a Healthy Organisation after having passed an audit carried out by OCA Global, which verified that our company complies with all the established requirements.
La Línea Vertical obtained the Healthy Company certification last year, being one of the first three companies in the Campo de Gibraltar to obtain this recognition.
The Healthy Organisation certificate guarantees that our company meets a series of requirements and procedures that make it a workplace in which both employees and management collaborate in the implementation of a continuous improvement process to protect and promote the health, safety and well-being of all workers, as well as the sustainability of the workplace.
In order to achieve the Healthy Company Certification, the staff of La Línea Vertical completed a training programme of the Healthy Company Institute, an entity that develops personalised programmes, according to the needs of each company, to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace. Our company also received financial support from the Andalusian Regional Government in the implementation of wellness programmes.
After carrying out an inspection and verifying compliance with the established national and international standards and requirements, OCA Global awarded La Línea Vertical with the Healthy Company Certification, which we continue to maintain after the audit carried out recently.
It should be noted that the investment and effort we have made to become a healthy company brings us numerous benefits, including a reduction in accidents and illnesses, and a reduction in healthcare costs and incapacity.
