At La Línea Vertical we are convinced that people are the cornerstone of our company. Each professional who joins our team contributes with their talent and experience, making it possible for us to continue growing and facing new challenges with enthusiasm. That is why we are especially excited to introduce you to the two new additions to our technical office: Rafael Gil Alconchel and José Antonio Muñoz Domínguez.
Rafael Gil Alconchel: technical draughtsman, passion for improvement
Joined on 3 February 2025, Rafael comes with solid experience as a draughtsman in exterior and interior carpentry. For him, La Línea Vertical represents ‘a company that is committed to continuous training and to maintaining high quality standards in all projects’, and where commitment to safety and professionalism make the difference.
Rafael especially values ‘the atmosphere of companionship’ and the possibility of facing different challenges every day, which make his work dynamic and motivating. In his day-to-day life, outside the office, he likes to spend time with his family, go for a walk and disconnect with a good book or a series. In addition, she practices sports to keep fit and find balance.
With the desire to continue growing professionally, Rafael is clear about his goal: “I hope to be able to take on more responsibilities and continue growing professionally, contributing my work to the smooth running of the team. I am confident that La Línea Vertical will continue to be committed to innovation and the development of its employees”.
‘To continue learning, to grow professionally and to contribute my work to the smooth running of the team.’

José Antonio Muñoz Domínguez: enthusiasm and experience in the technical office
He joined on 22 July 2025 and, although he has only been with us for a short time, he already feels the spirit of La Línea Vertical as his own. José Antonio lands with experience as a topographer, carrying out surveys in civil works in Gibraltar, and as a loading and unloading inspector on oil tankers and chemical tankers, ensuring the quality of their operations.
He discovered La Línea Vertical through our website and, from the first day, he highlights the good organisation, communication and camaraderie within the team. ‘In the short time I’ve been there, I’d like to highlight the good organisation and I really like the camaraderie and good communication between colleagues’, he says.
A family man, José Antonio enjoys his free time with his children and his wife. When he can, he escapes with his friends to play football or paddle tennis, ‘disconnect’ and recharge his batteries, always maintaining a balance between work and personal life.
Very motivated with this new professional stage, he tells us: ‘I hope to continue to grow professionally and learn a lot in this sector, as I have always liked the work focused on the industry’.
‘For me, the position I find myself in at The Vertical Line is an achievement, as I had always dreamed of being in a position like this and, after years of training and experience, I had the focus of coming to an industry-focused technical office.’

Committing to people
With these new additions, La Línea Vertical continues to strengthen what really defines us: the value of our human team. We are proud to have professionals who, inside and outside work, add, contribute and share values that are reflected in each project. We continue to grow, but, above all, we continue to be people working for people.
