Technical diagnosis of internal and external structures

The objective of the service was to assess the state of conservation of the internal structures of the main warehouse, a facility that was several years old and, due to natural wear and tear over time and conditions of use, required specialised analysis.

Furthermore, it was taken into account that the warehouse was originally built for a different purpose and only in recent years has it been adapted for the storage of food products. This circumstance made it even more important to have a professional assessment to determine the safety and suitability of the infrastructure for its new use.

The scope of the inspection also included an external review of the deck to verify its structural condition and analyse the feasibility of people walking on it. This procedure is key to strengthening safety measures and planning future preventive maintenance interventions.
