La Línea Vertical Perú removes and installs level gauge in storage sphere in lima

At the end of June, La Línea Vertical Perú successfully carried out a specialised project to remove and install a level gauge in a storage sphere belonging to a major industrial client in Lima.

The intervention was carried out by a pair of technicians specialising in vertical work, who used rope access techniques to perform each stage of the operation safely, accurately and efficiently.

Project carried out in two stages

  1. Level gauge removal:

Our technicians accessed the top of the sphere using vertical techniques, which allowed the work to be carried out quickly and safely, without the need for scaffolding or additional structures that would have involved more time, cost and logistical complexity.

  1. Equipment installation:

Following maintenance carried out directly by the client, the La Línea Vertical team returned to the plant to reinstall the meter, again using rope access. This methodology ensured minimal impact on storage operations and guaranteed the continuity of the facility’s production activities.

Safety, precision and efficiency in every procedure

The success of this service reflects the advantages of vertical work over traditional methods, especially in industrial environments where work must be carried out on structures that are difficult to access without interrupting production processes.

With this project, La Línea Vertical Perú reaffirms its commitment to:

    • The safety of its technicians and customer operations.
    • Technical precision at every stage of work.

Operational efficiency, delivering tailored solutions with minimal impact on plant continuity.
