We are pleased to announce that La Línea Vertical Perú has been awarded the Third Phase of the project to change the roof of the warehouses of one of our most important clients, located in the south of Lima. With this new phase, scheduled to start in August, the integral execution of a strategic project covering a total of 3,500 square metres of surface area is consolidated.
This project has been developed in three stages, designed in conjunction with the client to suit their operations and schedule:
- First phase (October): replacement of 750 m² of roofing.
- Second phase (recently completed): replacement of an additional 1,750 m².
- Third phase (started in August): final intervention of 1,000 m², which will complete the entire project.
The phased execution has allowed the client to maintain the operational continuity of its warehouses, while moving forward with safe, planned and high quality technical work, complying with all required safety and construction standards.
In addition, and as part of LLV Peru’s commitment to risk prevention and comprehensive support throughout the process, preventive sealing of the leaks detected in the area corresponding to the third phase has been carried out. This temporary solution, implemented before the start of the structural works, ensures that no flooding or leaks are generated inside the warehouse in the event of the heavy rains that are currently being recorded in Lima, especially in the south.
This proactive maintenance work also enables the client to successfully meet the necessary requirements for the ITSE (Inspección Técnica de Seguridad en Edificaciones) inspection, scheduled for the beginning of July, thus ensuring the continuity of its operations in a safe and compliant environment.
