On 3 May, the LLV PERÚ team met to commemorate Workers’ Day, a special date that invites us to reflect on and recognise the commitment, effort and dedication of each member of this great family.
The day began with a talk focused on one of our most important mainstay: safety at work. In this space, we reinforced the importance of maintaining a preventive attitude and mutual care, understanding that safety is not just a rule, but a shared responsibility. Every action counts when it comes to protecting ourselves and those around us, inside and outside the workplace.
After this valuable moment of reflection, we moved on to a series of recreational activities, the highlight of which was a lively football match. This meeting not only served to have fun, but also to foster collaboration, communication and unity among colleagues from different areas, demonstrating that teamwork is also built outside working hours.
To close with a flourish, we shared a lunch in an atmosphere of closeness and camaraderie. This instance was key to strengthen bonds, share experiences and value the human side of those who every day make it possible for our projects to move forward with excellence.
