Meeting of LA LÍNEA VERTICAL with its partners in Chile and Peru

LA LÍNEA VERTICAL partners from Spain, Chile and Peru met at the start of 2023 to exchange experiences and review the recently completed 2022. The meeting, which has served to strengthen our ties as a team, took place in the beautiful town of Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz, on 8 and 9 January.

We began on Sunday 8 January with a welcome dinner. There was a great desire to see each other again face to face after a difficult few years, marked by the pandemic, and this was reflected in the warm personal reunion among the attendees.

On the morning of Monday 9th we had an intense working session in which the managers of LA LÍNEA VERTICAL in Chile, Miguel Muñoz, and Peru, Miguel Rodríguez, gave a masterly presentation of the company’s results in their respective countries, as well as the current lines of work and projects for 2023.

It is worth noting that the LA LÍNEA VERTICAL group has closed 2022 with its all-time record number of employees and a turnover of over eight million euros. This is great news for our entire team, which is close to 150 people worldwide.

On Monday, there was also an exchange of gifts. Our partners from South America took the wonderful extra virgin olive oil LLV Altitude edition, from Almazaras de la Subética, awarded as the best olive oil in the world 2022; and in Spain we took fantastic bottles of wine Grial Carmenere 2018, from the winery Apalta Valley, Colchagua.

In the afternoon, to entertain our members, we made a visit to the beautiful Tesalia cellar, with wine from the land of Cadiz, with which we closed our meeting and said goodbye until next year.

This conference has been a great opportunity to exchange views on the future of our companies in South America, where to invest and in which sectors we can increase our presence, among other issues. It was also an opportunity to share the difficulties we have all gone through and to support each other with ideas and suggestions.

“The human group that makes up LA LÍNEA VERTICAL is our most important asset, we have a great team of great professionals and wonderful people; this is how we can get wherever we want to go”, said Carlos Martín, CEO of LA LÍNEA VERTICAL, who praised the dedication of those who left to take the company to “welcoming and fantastic countries”, such as Chile and Peru, but which are not theirs and “the distance is very hard” after many years working outside Spain. In these meetings with South American partners we aim to strengthen our ties as a team, encourage each other to move forward in our project with renewed enthusiasm and share our experiences; objectives that have been more than achieved on this occasion. “We all agree that there is LA LÍNEA VERTICAL for a while…Limitless LLV”, concludes Carlos Martín.
