From La Línea Vertical, faithful to our commitment to training, promotion and growth of the sector, we want to publicise the I National Rope Access Work Championship, a pioneering initiative organised by the National Association of Vertical Works Companies (ANETVA), of which we form part as an associated company. Our managing partner, Carlos Martín Díaz de Espada, represents La Línea Vertical on the ANETVA board of directors, supporting initiatives that represent a milestone for the profession and highlight the value of our work.
A historic milestone for the sector
This championship, which will be held for the first time on 24 and 25 October 2025 at the facilities of the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción in Vicálvaro (Madrid), is designed to bring together professionals and rope access technicians with accredited training, thus consolidating a space for coexistence, learning and healthy competition around safety and best practices in the sector.
The tests, both qualifiers and semi-finals and finals, will allow participants to share techniques, experiences and skills in an eminently professional, but also relaxed atmosphere, in which collaboration and the exchange of knowledge take precedence.
The meeting is aimed at all rope access professionals with the relevant training and accreditations, either through ANETVA or recognised bodies such as IRATA, FISAT, SOFT, among others.
How to participate?
The competition is open to a maximum of 50 duly registered participants. The registration period runs from 28 July to 18 October 2025, and can be completed via the official ANETVA website. Each participant must accredit their specific training and provide their personal vertical equipment, complying with the highest safety standards and European regulations, essential aspects that guarantee the development of the tests in optimal and safe conditions.
Likewise, participants must be in good physical and mental condition on the day of the competition. Everything is designed to ensure the smooth running, transparency and fairness of the competition.

For this reason, we not only support this championship as a member company of ANETVA, but we also encourage our professionals to register and test their knowledge and skills in an environment that promotes excellence and a job well done.
In addition, we encourage all professionals in the sector who meet the requirements to join this unique initiative, which opens up a new path for the professionalisation and recognition of safe and well-performed work at height.
