Wind sector services
La Línea Vertical has been serving the wind sector for more than ten years, both in Spain and in South America.
The main services are provided in blades, gondola or nacelle and in the wind turbine shaft itself, just as they may require our support in other auxiliary areas such as weather stations.

Work on blades
Our technicians inspect the general condition of the blades, through different options: from the ground, using telescopes or special cameras, from the air, through drones, or using platforms and rope positioning techniques, the latter two also used to repair the external coating in suspension of the blade, if necessary.
In the case of the interior of the blade, the inspection is carried out using thermography, with a videoscope or cameras.
Work on gondola-nacelle
At La Línea Vertical we repair structural or aesthetic damage to the structure; in other electrical or electronic components, such as transformers or ventilation systems; and in addition, we carry out all kinds of works to replace logos or anti-slip systems, anemometers and other equipment.
Wind turbine shaft
Our technicians correct any superficial damage, such as corrosion or oil spills, as well as coating, protective paints or simply aesthetic repairs. We use vertical techniques, suspended motorized scaffolding or lifting platforms.
At La Línea Vertical we carry out other work such as the review and installation of fall arrest systems, lifelines and anchor points. Our team checks the lifting systems and their auxiliary components, such as slings, carabiners or straps.
We are experts in Non-Destructive Testing, so we apply all our knowledge, especially in the wind sector, with advanced ultrasound techniques and x-rays at height.
