LA LÍNEA VERTICAL is committed to the continuous training of its workers, holding courses to keep their knowledge and training up to date. The last training session for our staff in Peru took place in the second half of February, when all the technicians enjoyed two days of training at a training centre, where they were able to update their knowledge of working in confined spaces, working at heights and rope access and positioning.
In these sessions, after a theoretical module, the technicians carried out the usual manoeuvres during the high-risk work they usually carry out at customers’ facilities, as well as practising other new manoeuvres.
The training sessions ended with a rescue module, in which all the technicians performed these manoeuvres which, fortunately, are rarely performed and which, at the time of an event, must be carried out with no margin for error.
Given the great success of these workshops, we are planning to repeat the activity in the middle of the year with the aim of promoting the continuous improvement of the technical and field team of LA LÍNEA VERTICAL PERÚ.
