LA LÍNEA VERTICAL is one of the first companies to start working with the new Rothoblaas Patrol Overhead system in Peru. This system, designed specifically for application on roofs to create overhead lifelines, was launched at the beginning of September in Italy and has already been installed by technicians from LA LÍNEA VERTICAL PERU at one of our main clients.
The advantage of the new Patrol Overhead system is its lighter weight sliding trolley, which, together with the new Spearevo energy absorber, considerably reduces the deflection in the event of a fall.
In addition, it has important technological improvements in the development of its components that have made it possible to solve some of the problems that the systems suffered when work was carried out at an angle inclined to the vertical of the system, mainly in the passage through the intermediate points.
Patrol Overhead is thus a very safe sliding device, allowing operators to negotiate intermediate elements and curves without ever unhooking from the system. It also offers the possibility of anchoring to the tower support installed upside down so that the lifeline is lower with respect to the ceiling, which makes it more practical.
The innovations incorporated in this new system are making it very popular and LA LÍNEA VERTICAL has already closed three other projects where the Patrol Overhead system is going to be installed.
